Facilities
Our modern, leading-edge facility is the result of 20 years of investment. We are continually investing in our world-class 36,000 square foot production facility based in County Meath, Ireland.
Our production unit is BRCGS Food Safety AA accredited, Department of Agriculture, China Dairy Approved and registered with the FDA.
1.
Formulation Laboratory
Products which have successfully passed through theoretical formulation, commercials and compliance are initially developed in our lab. We then carry out further testing with external accredited laboratories to verify the required nutritional, microbiological, allergen and functional characteristics.

Powder Blending
We batch-blend milk powders using a double ribbon blender. Each batch is carefully checked before and after blending to ensure specified quality requirements are met. We have full traceability of all ingredients from goods inwards through to blending.

Prototype Manufacture
We can make short-run samples in the lab, or small production runs on a prototype basis in production for pre-testing or limited launches. This helps with final product development and can deliver samples to clients very efficiently.

Filling Lines
We have multiple filling lines capable of filling three and four-sided sachets, stand-up pouches and multi-size plastic tubs. We develop a process solution to meet each new requirement, and we are constantly investing in new production equipment.

Allergen Control
We have four distinct, self-contained production halls within the facility, each with its own HEPA controlled air supply. We have a strict verified cleaning regime to ensure that there is no cross-contamination or cross over of allergens.
6.
Multi-packing for Retail
We offer a full service of customising retail packs, including multi-packing of multiple varieties in a single retail pack. We pack special offers to help promote the launch of products or as part of planned promotions.
